How Our Network Works

Who You Will Talk To

Changingdefinitely Walk-In Tubs does not have installers on staff. When you reach out, you are connected with an independent provider in our network who serves your part of the Akron area. That provider is a separate local business. They will be the one who visits, measures and does the work.

What the Provider May Ask

Expect a few simple questions. They help the provider see if your project is a good fit.

  • What kind of project are you thinking about: a tub, a shower, or a conversion?
  • Who will use the bathroom, and do they need a seat or grab bars?
  • What is the layout, and is the bathroom upstairs or on the main floor?
  • What is your rough timeline?

If you do not know an answer, say so. That is fine.

Questions Worth Asking a Provider

First-timers often forget to ask the basics. Bring this list:

  • Will you give me a quote in writing?
  • What is included, and what could add to the price?
  • Do you handle permits and plumbing, or does someone else?
  • How long will the work take, and how much of the bathroom will be out of use?
  • What happens if you open a wall and find a problem?
  • What does the warranty cover, and who honors it?

Good providers are glad to answer. If someone dodges, that tells you something.

You Stay in Charge

Talking to a provider does not commit you to anything. You can compare more than one quote. You can take a week to think. Nobody from Changingdefinitely Walk-In Tubs will push you to sign.
