How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Everyone who reaches out to Changingdefinitely Walk-In Tubs should be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, we want to hear about it. This page shows how to share a concern and what we do afterward. It is a general template and not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us
You are welcome to contact us about:
- How your call or message to Changingdefinitely Walk-In Tubs was handled
- How we treated your personal information
- Anything on this website that looks unclear or wrong
- The behavior of a provider we connected you with
If the Problem Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service. If work in your home went badly, it usually helps to raise it with the provider first and keep a written record.
Please tell us too. Feedback helps us keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Keep in mind that Changingdefinitely Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, process warranty claims, refund a provider's work or act on a provider's behalf.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@changingdefinitely.lat and include:
- Your name and a way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- What happened and what outcome you hope for
After You Write
We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into it, which may mean contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Not Settled?
If our answer does not resolve things, reply and ask us to take another look. Your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office or the local Better Business Bureau may also be able to help. For a licensed contractor, your state's contractor licensing board may be another option.
