Accessibility on This Website
Last updated: October 2026
Changingdefinitely Walk-In Tubs wants changingdefinitely.lat to work well for everyone, including older visitors and people with disabilities. This statement shares how we think about it. It is a general template and not legal advice.
What We Are Aiming For
We want as many people as possible to be able to use this website. Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.
Steps We Take
We work to:
- Use clear headings in a sensible reading order
- Add text descriptions to images that carry meaning
- Keep text easy to read, with strong color contrast
- Make every page usable from a keyboard
- Shape pages to read well on phones, tablets and computers
- Write in plain, simple language
- Label form fields clearly and keep forms short
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of the site may not yet meet these guidelines. Embedded tools and other third-party content can sit partly outside our control. We check the site on a regular basis and fix problems as we find them.
Getting Help Another Way
If something here is hard to use, you can still get help. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or email contact@changingdefinitely.lat and we will do our part to assist. A family member or caregiver is welcome to contact us for you.
Tell Us What Is Hard
If a page or tool gives you trouble, let us know at contact@changingdefinitely.lat. It helps when you can share:
- The page or feature that caused the problem
- What went wrong and what you expected to happen
- Your browser, device and any assistive software, if you are able to say
We will read your message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Always Improving
Accessibility is never truly done. As we update the website, we will keep working to make it better.
